We offer two types of saunas and a cold bath using by-flow water from the Arida River. The high-temperature sauna will thoroughly warm you up, while the hot spring sauna will gently envelop you. After the sauna, you can cool down comfortably in the cold bath before taking a break. Enjoy your time at your own pace, depending on your physical condition and mood.

紀州備長炭サウナ
This high-temperature sauna has walls covered in Kishu Binchotan charcoal. The far-infrared effects of the charcoal will warm you thoroughly from the core of your body. The men's sauna is equipped with an auto-loyly that operates every 7 minutes.

A cold bath using underground water from the Arida River.
The "cold bath" uses underground water from the Arida River that flows in front of the inn. It feels soft on the skin and has a purity comparable to that of mineral water. The men's side is one meter deep, and the women's side is a generous 90 centimeters deep.
Outdoor bathing space
The open-air area is also equipped with reclining chairs and tatami mats (men's bath) where you can lie down. You can relax and rejuvenate your body and mind while feeling the natural breeze.
